Description

No 28 Whitehorse Street is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed of red brick with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. It stands two storeys tall and features a canted bay window on the ground floor, along with an elliptical arch leading to a carriageway on the right side. The first floor has three sash windows, each with glazing bars, set under flat arches.
