Description

No. 10 College Street is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features painted brickwork, a moulded cornice, and an old tiled roof. The façade has four windows with segmental heads and two dormers. The ground floor includes an early 19th-century shop front and a central door with lattice pattern glazing. The treatment of the ground floor includes reeded architraves, a flat fascia, and a moulded cornice. The upper windows are original sashes with glazing bars.
