It is constructed of red brick and features a stucco band and entablature between the ground floor and first floor, which is interrupted over the window shutters that fold back to resemble pilasters. The building has four sash windows with glazing bars, which have rubbed heads and keystones. The entrance consists of a six-panel door, and there is a moulded cornice along the top. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. An insurance plaque is also present on the building. All the listed buildings on College Street are part of a group.
