Description

Forest Gate is an early 19th-century house with a 20th-century addition to the rear. The walls are of stucco, and the roof is covered with slate and hipped. The west front presents a symmetrical facade of two storeys and three windows. The windows are sash windows in exposed frames. A porch with coupled, thin cast-iron columns supports a reeded frieze and a simple cornice moulding. The porch contains an architrave framing a six-panelled door, the upper two panels glazed.
