Description
Pyles Farmhouse is a house that dates mainly from the 18th century. It features walls made of brickwork with blue headers and red quoins, a plinth band above a flint base, cambered openings, and a first-floor band. Other walls are constructed in Flemish bond with blue headers and Flemish Garden Wall bond, while the service wings are made of flint with brick dressings. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a double pile and brick dentil eaves. The east front elevation is symmetrical, consisting of two storeys with three windows that have casements. There is a Victorian timber-framed porch on a brick base, which has decorative bargeboard on the gable and a seven-panelled door, one of which is top glazed.
