Description

Nos 26 and 28 on West Street are a mid-18th century house that has been divided into two units. The building features brickwork with blue headers, a red plinth, quoins, and vertical bands and panels between the windows. The ground-floor openings are cambered. It has a hipped tile roof and a symmetrical north front elevation with two storeys and three windows, with the centre window being blank. The windows are casements, and there is a doorway with a pediment supported by carved brackets, a plain architrave, and a half-glazed door.
