Description
Nos 33 and 35 on Snowden Road are a late 18th-century house that has been divided into two residences. The building is constructed of squared coursed rubble and features a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has two bays, with quoins at the corners. The central doorway has a chamfered surround, and there is an inserted 19th-century doorway to the left. Each floor has a 3-light flat-faced window, with slightly recessed mullions on both sides of the windows. Above the central door, there is a reset square tablet with a roundel at the corners, which is initialled and dated "WS. SS. 17. 22." The gable has coping with a moulded kneeler on the right side, and there are rendered gable stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
