Description

Jane's Boutique is a house and shop with timber-framed origins, primarily dating from the early 19th century. The front wall is finished in stucco and features a coping stone and cornice at the parapet, while the side walls are constructed of brickwork in English bond. There is a small exposure of the timber frame at the rear of the building. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The southeast front has two storeys and one window, which is a sash set in an exposed frame, positioned above a late 19th-century shop front. The other elevations feature Victorian sashes and plain doorways. The building is included for its group value.
