Description

Waldens is a late 18th-century house. It is constructed of painted brick with a weather-boarded addition, and has an old plain tile roof. The main part of the house is two storeys high and three bays wide, with a single-storey, two-bay wing to the right. The front elevation features a central glazed door recessed within an open gabled timber porch. To either side of the door are two-light casement windows. On the first floor are three 18th-century two-light leaded casement windows. All openings have segmental heads. Chimneys are located at each end. The addition incorporates two-light casement windows.
