Prospect House

Prospect House is a late 18th-century building that has undergone later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features two storeys with an L-shaped plan. The front has two 19th-century casement windows with segmental heads, along with a 19th-century wooden doorcase that includes a plain rectangular fanlight, a four-panelled door, and a gabled rustic wooden porch. The lower two-storey wing on the left side has two windows, one of which is modern, and a later doorway with a modern brick porch. The eaves are toothed brick, and the roof is covered with modern tiles.

Inside, the layout has been altered, but it still retains exposed ceiling beams in the principal rooms, an original turned baluster staircase, and panelled oak doors throughout. There is an attached early 19th-century outbuilding on the north side. The rear of the house has modern alterations.
