Knenhall House Farmhouse is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick. It has two storeys plus an attic and features a string course. The farmhouse includes two 19th-century casement windows and a plain wooden doorcase with a tiled hood supported by brackets. The eaves are plain, and the roof is covered with tiles.
