Description
This summerhouse, located 100 meters northeast of Mottisfont Abbey, dates back to the 18th century. It is constructed of squared knapped flint with stone dressings at the front, while the rest of the building is made of brick. The structure has a square plan featuring a pointed Gothic arch at the front and stone quoins at the corners. At the center, there is a small gable topped with a finial. On the right side, there is a two-light pointed Gothic window with ferramenta. Inside, the floor is laid with reset 13th-century decorated tiles from the abbey, and the ceiling features a pointed vault that is groined on the front half.
