Description

This summer house, located about 80 metres south-east of The Manor House, dates from the 18th century and was restored in the early 20th century. It is constructed of rubble with rustic timber roof supports at the front, while the roof rests on a stone wall at the rear and features a stone tile roof. The building has a semi-octagonal plan against a boundary wall. Open windows are positioned on either side of a central entrance, which is accessed by stone steps. Inside, there is a seat with a bark-covered back and three niches above, one of which contains a medieval stone head.
