Description

Rose Cottage is a house that likely dates from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the early 19th century and late 20th century. The building is roughcast, probably built on a timber frame, and features a thatched roof with a gable-end stack. It has one storey with an attic, which is illuminated by a gabled dormer on the left that has a tiled roof. There are two windows: a fixed casement on the left and a three-light casement on the right. The entrance, located to the left of the center, has a gabled tiled canopy and a 20th-century ledged and boarded door. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
