Description

Vine Croft is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of painted brick on a rubble plinth and features a tile roof, with chimney stacks located at the rear. The building stands two storeys high and has a dentilled brick cornice. On the first floor, there are three windows: two 16-pane sashes on either side of a 12-pane glazing bar sash, all of which are topped with segmental heads. The ground floor includes two 20-pane sashes, and the central entrance is fitted with a mid-20th century flat canopy and a glazed door. Vine Croft is included in the listing for its group value.
