Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed from coursed lias stone, featuring Cotswold stone quoins and a tiled roof. The building has a T-plan layout, with a cross-wing aligned northwest to southeast and another range to the southwest. The southwest range includes a gable-end stack that was formerly a lateral stack, which has four stone shafts and a moulded cornice.
The entrance is located in the southeast gable, which is two storeys high and has an attic lit by a 2-light casement window set in a chamfered reveal with a square label. There is a blocked 3-light stone mullioned window with a square label on the first floor, and a 2-light casement window under a square label on the ground floor. The entrance is to the left and is covered by a flat late 19th-century canopy.
