Description
Manor House is a house built in 1605 and remodelled in 1877. It features coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and a Cotswold stone roof. The building has an F-plan layout, with the main range aligned east to west and wings extending to the south. There are gable-end stacks on the main range. The house is two storeys high with an attic, which is illuminated by two 3-light stone mullioned windows located under gables that have ball finials. The façade includes five windows, with the central window being a two-storey canted bay that has a crenellated parapet and trefoiled headed lights. The remaining windows are 3-light stone mullion-and-transoms with square labels. The entrance, located to the right of the centre, features a gabled stone porch with ball finials and a Tudor arch leading to the door. Datestones can be found in the gables. The interior is reported to have early 17th century panelling.
