Description

Toll Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage that was renovated in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick and chalk stone, with a rendered finish and a thatched roof. The building has one storey, although the west end includes an attic, and features four windows. The roof is hipped at the north end and half hipped at the west, with one eyebrow dormer on the front. The west side and end of the cottage have brick quoins, a let floor band, and a plinth, along with a small section of flintwork, while the rest is rendered. The windows are casements, and there is a plain doorway.
