Description

No. 16 Winchester Road is a single-storey plain cottage dating from the early 19th century. It features rendered walls and a thatched roof, which is hipped and has low eaves above an outshot at the south end. The walls are plain, and the outshot is boarded. The cottage has three casement windows, including a small casement in the outshot. The plain doorway is topped with a gabled hood that has curved bargeboards.
