Description

No. 12 Winchester Street is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of colourwashed rendered cob and features a thatched roof. The building is two stories high and has three bays, with an outshot on the left end. The central entrance consists of a planked door, flanked by a three-light casement window that has a central opening light. On the first floor, there are three two-light casement windows. The roof slopes down to the left over the weatherboarded outshot, which has its own door. There are chimneys at both ends of the cottage.
