Description

Riverside Cottage is a late 18th-century building that was originally two separate houses but has since been combined into one. It features a mix of brick, stucco, and thatch, and is one storey high with an attic, displaying four windows above five. The roof includes eyebrow dormers on the front (south-west) side and a catslide on the rear. The north-west gable showcases exposed framing, while the north-west side of the front has brickwork with horizontal flint banding. The south-east side is now rendered, and the ground floor openings are cambered. The windows are casements, and there is a boarded door set within a 20th-century porch.
