Description
This is a row of three cottages, with No. 1 currently being restored. The cottages feature a timber-frame structure that was re-clad in the 18th century, along with late 20th-century restoration work. They are constructed of brick and thatch, and are one storey high with an attic. The arrangement includes three windows above one, two above three. The roofs are whipped, and there are eyebrow dormers. The cottages display Flemish garden wall bond brickwork and have cambered openings on the ground floor. The north-east gable shows the exposed timber frame. The windows are casements, and the doorways are plain. The interior of No. 1, which is next to No. 3, still retains its timber-frame structure.
