Test View Cottage is an early 18th-century building that was originally two houses but is now one. It features brick walls with horizontal bands of flint and has cambered openings on the ground floor. The roof is thatched and has a half-hipped design with eyebrow dormers. The cottage has one storey and an attic, with two windows that are casements, and it includes boarded doors.
