Description

Oak Bay is a building originally consisting of two cottages, dating from the 18th century or earlier. It stands two storeys high and features six windows. The exterior is faced with flints, accented by red brick dressings and quoins, all of which were once painted. The roof is hipped and thatched, and the windows are casement style.
