Description
Flansham Manor and North Manor is a single building located on Hoe Lane in Yapton. The north end, known as North Manor, features a timber frame with plaster infilling and is dated 1704. In front of it, there is a ground floor projection made of flints. The rest of the building, Flansham Manor, dates from the 18th century and is faced with squared knapped flints that have dressing, quoins, a flush stringcourse, and an eaves cornice made of red brick. The first floor has a central projection that is weather-boarded and supported by wooden columns, creating a porch.
