Description

Richmond House and The Whyke House, located at 47 and 47A Felpham Way, are late 18th century or early 19th century buildings. They stand three storeys tall and feature four windows. The structure consists of a central portion flanked by two wings that are set back. The buildings are constructed of painted brick and have a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are missing. A round-headed window is situated in the center on the first floor, while the ground floor has Venetian shutters. The doorway in the west wing is adorned with pilasters and a pediment.
