Description

Bentinck House, located on Felpham Way, is an 18th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic. The house has three windows and two dormers, constructed from painted red brick with a tiled roof. It is adorned with a modillion eaves cornice, although the glazing bars are missing. A modern brick porch has been added to the front, and there is a low flint wall along the road.
