Description

Denver Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features flint and brick walls topped with a hipped thatch roof. The symmetrical front, facing south, has two storeys and three windows, with the centre window blocked. The flint walls are designed with horizontal panels and include brick dentil eaves, plain quoins, and eight horizontal bands. The ground floor openings are cambered, and there are aprons beneath the lower windows. The windows are casements, and the entrance consists of a half-glazed door with a gabled hood. Additionally, the upper half of the west wall displays brick-nogged framing from a later date.
