Description

Little Bec is a house dating from the early 18th century, constructed of flint and thatch. It features a symmetrical front facing south, with one storey and an attic, comprising three windows above four. There is an outshot at the west end. The roof is half-hipped, with eaves raised above the upper windows and hipped over the outshot. The walls are made of coursed squared knapped flint, complemented by brick quoins, rubbed flat arches with stone keys, a plinth moulding, and a panel beneath the middle windows. The windows are late 19th-century casements. There is a 20th-century brick porch with a hipped tile roof and a half-glazed door.
