Description

Rectory Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage with 20th-century extensions. It is constructed of cob and thatch, with a half-hipped roof. The cottage is one storey high with an attic and has three windows. The walls are rendered with a plinth. It features casement windows and a boarded front door set in a plain frame, sheltered by a mid-19th-century gabled canopy supported on brackets. Single-storey 20th-century extensions extend to the west and at the rear; the front extension has a thatched roof above rendered walls, while the rear extension has a flat roof and walls of painted brick.
