Description

Ivy Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some late 20th-century alterations. The walls are constructed of flint with brick dressings, featuring quoins, cills, and head bands, as well as cambered arches above the ground-floor openings. The roof is tiled and hipped at the east end. The north front is symmetrical, consisting of two storeys with three windows that have casements. There is a plain doorway with a half-glazed door. The east end of the house has chamfered corners, and there is a rear extension from the late 20th century that has a similar form to the original structure.
