Description

Deers Leap is a house from the 18th century, constructed of flint and brick, with a thatched roof. The south-facing front features one storey and an attic, with three windows. It has a half-hipped roof, with eyebrow dormers, which extends forward to create a larger canopy supported by posts, forming an open porch. The flint walls are accented with brick quoins and have bands at the upper and lower cill levels, along with cambered openings on the ground floor and a cement-covered plinth. The windows are casements, and there is a half-glazed door set in a plain frame.
