Description

Old Oaks is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century restoration work. It is constructed with a timber frame and roughcast walls, covered by a thatched roof. The cottage is single-storey with an attic, and has two windows. The roof is hipped, incorporating eyebrow dormers and a rear catslide section finished with slate. Some of the timber frame is exposed, alongside rendered infill and other walling. The windows are casements, and there are two glazed doors, one located within an open porch.
