Description

Berwick House is an 18th-century house, with 20th-century restoration and an extension. It is constructed of brick and flint, with a tile roof. The house is two storeys and has an attic, with three windows visible from the front. It has a ½-hipped roof, with exposed framing in the upper gable. The walls are of horizontal flint bands, with brick quoins, brick bands, cambered arches over the ground-floor openings, and a high plinth, all painted. The windows are casements, with a small oval window above the entrance. A 20th-century porch has a slate roof, a pediment/gable above pilasters, and an eight-panelled door. A 20th-century wing is set back, matching the style of the original house.
