Description

1-4 Tarrant Villas comprises two semi-detached cottages dating to the mid-19th century. The construction is primarily pebbledashed cob set on a flint plinth, with a slate roof. Each cottage has two storeys and two bays. A central gabled porch, open to the front, features a planked door or a reused 18th-century six-panel door. To the outer bay, there is a casement window, with a similar window directly above. The inner bay contains a two-light casement window, also with a window above. The roofs are hipped, with a central ridge stack and a similar stack at the rear.
