Description

The gates and gate piers located by the lodge before the drive to Broadlands date from the 19th century. They feature a tall pair of finely crafted wrought iron gates with an intricate scroll-work pattern. These gates are flanked by gate piers made of yellow stock brick, topped with stone capping. On either side of the main gates, there are smaller gates of the same design, which are also flanked by smaller gate piers that match the larger ones.
