Description

Sunshine Cottages are two houses that were originally built as one in the mid-18th century and later extended in the late 20th century. The structure is made of brick and features an old plain tile roof. It is two stories high and has three bays, with 20th-century wings added to the rear. The center of the building has been rebuilt to create two doorways, each with a 4-panel door beneath a wide hipped hood. On either side of the doorways, there are three-light casements with early rubbed brick heads, and a string course runs along the first floor. Each end of the building has a three-light casement on the first floor, and there are stacks at both ends.
