Description

Broadgate Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the early 19th century, which incorporates an earlier building. The front is made of rendered brick, while the sides are colourwashed, and it has a slate roof. The house is two storeys high with three wide bays and is two bays deep. It features an early 19th century six-panel door that is top glazed and is sheltered by a wide flat hood. There are six 16-pane sash windows, each with stucco keystones and sills. The roof is half-hipped and has stacks positioned at the front of the hips.
