Description

Home Sweet Home is a cottage that dates from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th or 19th century. It features a timber-frame construction with brick infill and a thatched roof. The building is positioned with one end facing the road and has one and a half storeys, comprising three bays. The centre bay has a swept-down roof and an open front brick porch. Each bay contains an irregular two-light casement window, and above the far bay, there is a two-light eyebrow dormer. The roof is half-hipped and has a chimney stack located over the road-facing bay.
