Description
This is a late 18th/early 19th century building on the west side of Captains’ Row. It has a stucco facade with windows set within a recessed central panel, a wide eaves cornice, and an old tiled roof. The building is two storeys high, with a basement and dormers, and contains a single window. The windows are sash windows with late 19th-century glazing. A round-arched doorway is topped with a fanlight, and approached by steps with iron handrails. The building forms a group with Alma Cottage, located on Grove Road.
