Trafalgar House is an 18th-century red brick building with a parapet and a roof that is not visible. It has three storeys and a cellar, with three windows, one of which is a blank window on the top floor. A recessed two-storey section with one window is situated to the west. The building features clashing glazing bars. The doorway has engaged columns, a projecting cornice, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel door.
