Description

13 Nelson Place is an 18th-century building with a stuccoed facade and a parapet. The roof is not visible. It has three storeys and features two windows with sashes that include glazing bars. The doorway is framed by a moulded architrave surround and has a flat hood above it. There are steps leading up to the entrance, and an additional door is located on the west side. This building is part of a group that includes Shipyard House and Nelson Cottage on Bath Road, as well as Alma Cottage on Grove Road.
