Description

River View is an 18th-century building with a stuccoed facade, featuring a cornice and a panelled parapet. The roof is not visible. It is two storeys high and originally had two windows, with a space for a third. The windows are sash windows with late 19th-century glazing. An asymmetrically placed doorway has pilasters and a projecting cornice. River View forms a group with Alma Cottage, located on Grove Road.
