Description

Kingsway House is a house and cottage, now used as offices, dating from the early 19th century. The building is finished in stucco and features a tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and has two windows. The façade includes a parapet with coping and a moulded cornice, architraves around the openings, and rusticated quoins. The windows are primarily sash, with a casement on the ground floor. There are two porches, each with a parapet and cornice, one of which has an arched opening. The cottage, which is part of the property, also has two storeys and two windows, with painted brick walls, a parapet featuring a dentilled band, and a mix of casement and sash windows.
