Description

The icehouse at Dogmersfield Park is an 18th-century structure built from red brick and situated below ground level in chalk. It features a domed top and includes a vaulted access corridor on the north side that connects the upper part of the icehouse to an opening in the hillside, which has two stone-framed doorways. The outermost part of the icehouse has now been lost.
