Description

27 West Street is a 18th-century building located in Titchfield. It features a painted brick facade with an eaves cornice and a hipped old tiled roof that has a gable end facing the street. The building stands two storeys high and has one window, which is a sash with boxed frames and glazing bars. The ground floor includes a window and a door, both of which have cambered head linings. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 3, 5, 9, and 15 to 21 (odd), as well as the adjoining outbuilding at No 3, all of which are situated next to each other along the street facade. Harris and Hiscock, along with the outbuilding adjoining No 3, are recognized as buildings of local interest.
