Description
West Court Cottage, also known as No 12, is a timber-framed building that has been refaced with painted brick and stucco, although the timber framing is still visible on the west wall. It features a tiled roof and is a single-storey structure. Next to it, No 14, known as West Court, has two storeys and an attic beneath a half-hipped gable. Together, the two houses have four windows in total, which include sashes and casements with glazing bars. Notably, No 14 has a ground floor bow window. There is a carriageway arch that has been cut through between the two houses, with doors located under the archway. No 10 and its garage, which was formerly the Village Forge, are part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 22 (even).
