Description

The building is a garage located at No 10, which was formerly a village forge. It dates from the 18th century to early 19th century. The structure is made of red brick and features an old tiled half hipped roof. It is 8 bays long and has 2 windows and an end door on the east facade. There are double garage doors at the north end. Inside, remnants of the forge, including chimney bellows, tools, and an anvil, can still be found. No 10 and its garage, the former village forge, are part of a group with Nos 12 to 22 (even).
