Description
This is an 18th-century building located on the east side of South Street, Titchfield. It is constructed of painted brick with a brick eaves cornice and has a tiled roof, hipped at the south end. The building is two storeys high and originally had three windows, now featuring sashes with late 19th-century glazing. The north side contains a 19th-century canted bay window with a cornice and a door. The south side of the facade incorporates a modern shop front and an additional door. Buildings at numbers 20 and 22, along with numbers 24 and 26, form a group with numbers 30, 32, and 38, all of which are considered buildings of local interest.
