Description
The House at Saw Mills, also known as Pink and Company Limited, is an early 18th-century building located on the west side of Forest Lane in Fareham. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and features a coved eaves cornice and a hipped roof covered with old tiles. The building has two storeys.
The eastern facade includes a brick string course at the first-floor sill and has two windows, with the southern windows positioned in the lower part. The northern elevation features four windows and an off-centre two-storey porch topped with a hipped gable. The porch has a round-arched door with a fanlight above it. The southern facade is rendered and includes modern casement windows.
